Infill Development Expertise

In 2013, we witnessed a significant shift in Sacramento's development landscape with the city and county launching a comprehensive infill program. This initiative focused on the redevelopment and repurposing of underutilized sites within existing neighborhoods, aiming to foster sustainable growth and revitalize urban areas.
