Our Founder

H. Scott Foulke, the founder of Foulke Construction Inc., has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University. With a strong background in engineering and construction, Scott has always had a love for building, which grew from his experience working as a carpenter during his college summers and in industrial construction shortly after. After relocating to South Florida in 1993, Scott decided to put his passion to use by founding Foulke Construction Inc. Today, our company is a testament to Scott's dedication to quality, his inherited love of building, and his commitment to serving others.
