Windom Family Medical Center (WFMC) exists to provide caring, compassionate, and high-quality medical care to the Windom community and surrounding areas. Guided by faith and medical expertise, our mission is to serve every member of the community with dignity, respect, and individualized attention.

Who We Are

Founded in 1990 by Dr. Jeff Taber, WFMC has grown into a full-service family medical clinic, serving the Des Moines River Valley region and beyond. Led by Dr. Taber, a skilled and experienced family medicine physician, the clinic offers a comprehensive spectrum of healthcare services for the entire family.
