Amenities

We take pride in our extensive list of amenities designed to enhance your lifestyle. These include a pool, carports, a business center, controlled access gate, great room with kitchen, outdoor park with grilling areas, club room with exercise room, acrylic tubs, ceiling fans, large patios, crown molding, walk-in closets, ample storage space, and black kitchen appliances. Additionally, our apartments feature kitchen and baths with faux wood floors and private entries for both 1st and 2nd floor apartment homes.

Pet Policy

We welcome pets at The Kenton. Our pet policy allows up to two pets per apartment home, including dogs and cats. There is a $250 pet deposit and a $250 pet fee, with an additional pet rent of $10 per month. Please note that aggressive breeds are not allowed, and dogs over 40 lbs must occupy ground floor apartments.

Location

Our community is strategically located near Highway 35 Bypass, providing easy access to shops, restaurants, and Alvin Community College. We are just a short drive from downtown Houston and other major attractions.
