The Back to Nature Wellness Center is an alternative health care facility located in Litchfield, Minnesota. Since 1993, we have dedicated ourselves to helping people achieve a state of wellness using natural methods. Our approach is based on the principles of Naturopathic medicine, which emphasizes the healing power of nature, treating the cause rather than the effect, and preventing disease through lifestyle changes and natural therapies.

Our team, led by Steven Fjerstad, a trained and Certified Traditional Naturopath, and his son, Steven Fjerstad II, offers a range of services including Homeopathy, Naturopathic Medicine, Nutraceuticals, Designed Clinical Nutrition, Electroacupuncture by Voll, and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy.
