In 1979, Ed Murphy and Bill Lauff embarked on a new chapter, renaming the establishment "Murphy's Loft" and adding their own distinct touch. A period of extensive expansion and modernization followed, welcoming guests with a modern dining room, outdoor bar, swimming pool, and more.
