EFKMoen, LLC is a D/WBE Civil Engineering Design Consulting Firm, founded in 1998, specializing in transportation and bridge engineering and design. We provide a wide range of services to clients in both public and private sectors, including geometric alignments, structural design, grading, signal design, signing design, roadway lighting design, construction inspection, erosion control, hydraulics, public involvement, feasibility studies, and surveying. Our services cater to a variety of clients, including state, county, and municipal agencies, as well as engineering firms, retail, commercial, and industrial developers.

Our History

The partners at EFKMoen are dedicated to providing quality service to our clients and substantial career opportunities to our staff. We began by offering transportation engineering design services as a prime consultant to the Missouri Department of Transportation, the St. Louis Metropolitan Sewer District, and numerous counties and municipalities. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include Professional Land Surveying, structural engineering, and construction administrative services. Our offices are located in St. Louis, Missouri; St. Charles, Missouri; Fairview Heights, Illinois; Chicago, Illinois; and Atlanta, Georgia, serving clients across the Midwest and Southeast.

Our Professional Engineers (PE) and Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) are certified in Missouri, Illinois, and several other states.
