Our Services

• Underground Utilities: Our family-related entity, 808 Underground Utilities Inc., takes care of the underground electrical and communications utility work for DSE Hawaii and other IBEW electrical subcontractors. They focus on civil underground utility work, which includes waterline, sewer, and drain work.

• Power & Lighting: DSE Hawaii focuses on commercial projects ranging from office tenant improvements, retail, restaurants, warehouse, healthcare, and hospitality. We have completed projects for various clients like Central Pacific Bank, Aloha Petroleum, HECO, Hawaii Pacific University, Ala Moana Center, Kaiser Permanente, Kapiolani Medical Center, Kamehameha Schools, Hale Koa Hotel, Howard Hughes, and more.

• Service & Distribution: DSE Hawaii does service work for numerous office buildings on Oahu. Past clients include PM Realty, Collier's Monroe Friedlander, CBRE, Hawaiiana Management, and Horizon Properties.

• Low Voltage/AC Controls: DSE Hawaii employs a low voltage AC Controls division with services that include chiller change outs, cooling tower change outs, HVAC retrofit, BAS and DDC upgrades, as well as fire pumps, sump pumps, and circulating pumps. Our AC Controls division services mechanical contractors such as Air Central, Preferred Mechanical, Heide & Cook, Continental Mechanical, and Alaka'i Mechanical.
