David Anderson and Nate V. also had negative interactions with the staff, feeling that they were not treated with respect and professionalism.
Questionable Business Practices
Several reviewers expressed concerns about the company's business practices, including charging multiple deposits in violation of Oregon state law. Nate V. specifically pointed out that the company is charging both first and last month's rent, which is not allowed under state regulations. This lack of transparency has led many customers to question the company's ethics.
