Palm City Massage Therapy is a professional massage therapy practice dedicated to providing the best possible therapeutic massage experience to each and every client. With over 30 years of experience, our massage therapist, Phyllis Bittel, LMT, has honed a wide range of modalities and techniques to offer an individualized approach that caters to the specific needs of each client.

Our philosophy is centered on the client's comfort, safety, and needs. We strive to create a safe and effective massage that suits the client's needs and preferences, without causing discomfort or pain. At Palm City Massage Therapy, we believe that a wholistic and kind approach is the key to achieving the desired outcome, and we do not subscribe to the "no pain, no gain" philosophy that is prevalent in some massage therapy practices.

As we are committed to providing the highest quality of massage therapy services, we will refer clients to other providers if we are unable or unwilling to provide the services requested. Our aim is to ensure that each client receives the best possible care and attention, tailored to their specific needs.

Our massage therapist, Phyllis Bittel, is trained in a wide variety of modalities and techniques, and will work with each client to create a massage that best suits their needs. Our massage therapist will provide a safe and effective amount of pressure within the client's tolerance, without causing discomfort or pain.

Before Your Massage

For the first visit to our office, we request that clients arrive a few minutes early to fill out a client history form. It is important that clients discuss any specific areas needing treatment and the technique desired at the beginning of the massage. Clients are advised to leave jewelry at home and should remember to take all personal effects with them, as we are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

After Your Massage

We recommend that clients drink extra water after a massage to help flush out toxins from the body. If clients experience any tenderness after the massage, they can use ice to ease any soreness. If clients notice anything unusual, they are encouraged to call the office and discuss it with the therapist.

Cell Phones

In an effort to provide the best possible massage experience, we request that clients turn their cell phones or pagers off or to silent mode when entering the office. Interruptions can be disruptive to relaxation, unless there is an anticipated emergency.

Our New Location

We have recently moved to a new location that is very near where our office has been located for several years. Due to the change, there may be limited access and availability. We request that clients understand that every possible safety measure will be implemented, but any interaction is not without risk.

COVID-19 Considerations

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented additional safety measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients and massage therapist. We request that clients wear masks and wash their hands before and after their massage. We also request that clients reschedule their appointments if they are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for the virus.

Pricing

Our pricing is as follows:

• 30-minute massage: $50
• 60-minute massage: $90
• 75-minute massage: $110
• 90-minute massage: $130

Gift certificates are available in any amount, and we are happy to discuss how best to handle your request. We request that clients remember the importance of giving proper notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Our cancellation policy requires 48-hour notice for cancellations and 24-hour notice for rescheduling. Failure to give the required notice will result in a charge for the missed appointment.
