Our Story

Life took us on an incredible journey from the bustling city of Chicago to the sun-kissed shores of California. It was in Chicago where I, Dustin, honed my craft as an editorial and fashion photographer. Drawn by more than just sunshine, we initially moved to California to help start a church, and the decision to stay became permanent. Soon after, fueled by my passion for photography and people, Waller Weddings was born in the heart of Santa Barbara. Initially, we were an unstoppable photography team, but soon our family blossomed to include four incredible kids. Courtney, a natural nurturer and educator, rose to the challenge, not only managing the administrative side of Waller Weddings but also homeschooling our awesome children.
