Who We Are

At Wiley Petersen, we are a modernized law firm dedicated to providing innovative legal services to businesses and entrepreneurs in a rapidly changing business environment. Founded in 2017 by Jason Wiley and Ryan Petersen, our firm is built on the principles of direct communication, alternative fee arrangements, and efficient representation. Our attorneys have extensive employment histories working for large regional and national law firms, and we have decided to open our own office in response to the archaic and inefficient models used by firms that have been in existence for decades.
