Office Hours and Patient Portal

Conveniently located on the Northside of Pueblo, we are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and closed on Saturday and Sunday. For your convenience, our online patient portal is available for scheduling appointments, accessing your medical records, and communicating with our staff.
