Our communities include: Yankee Green on Cutts Road with 120 sites, Yankee Commons on Idlewood Lane, a 55+ community with 61 sites, and our newest 55+ expansion, Yankee Settlement, tucked away off of Idlewood Lane in Kittery. Additionally, we have Yankee Apartments, a cozy 12-unit residential area. Located less than an hour from Portland, ME, and Boston, MA, Yankee Parks are only a mile north of the world-famous Kittery Outlet Malls and minutes away from stunning coastlines and many picturesque beaches.

At Yankee Mobile Home Communities, we offer a range of convenient, enjoyable, and easily accessible amenities to our residents. At our Yankee Green community, we have a large clubhouse with a full kitchen and an open recreation room available for residents to use for clubs and activities, and the Rec Room can be used for hosting parties, reunions, or other gatherings. The facility has a complete kitchen, bathroom, and a large open space with cable and internet access, and the sliding doors open to a beautiful lawn for the kids to play while the adults mingle.

We also have a playground in the Yankee Green community, enabling you and your family to enjoy a leisurely morning or afternoon outdoors. Our basketball court, also situated in the Yankee Green community, provides our residents with the opportunity to play a game or practice their shots. For those who need storage space, Yankee Parks maintains a fenced in, 24-hour video-secured location for your items.

Our Area

Kittery, the southwesternmost town in Maine, offers breathtaking vistas of the shore and beautiful beaches. Kittery was settled about 1623 and incorporated in 1647, making it Maine's oldest town. The town has a rich history of shipbuilding, with the first vessels of the U.S. Navy constructed on Kittery's Badger's Island during the Revolution, including the 1777 Ranger commanded by John Paul Jones.

Kittery's economic base includes a working waterfront, light industry, and tourism, with a population of around 11,000 people. The Kittery School Department offers a robust educational program to 1,100 students across three schools, Mitchell Primary School, Shapleigh School, and R.W.Traip Academy. Along U.S. Route 1, the old Boston Post Road, you will find the factory outlet shopping district, with more than 120 stores.
