Our Services

Our massage therapy services include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, Thai massage, and more. Our licensed massage therapists are dedicated to providing personalized sessions that address specific areas of tension and stress, promoting relaxation and rejuvenation.

Our acupuncture services, on the other hand, are designed to address a range of health conditions, including pain management, musculoskeletal injuries, and mental-emotional disorders. Our licensed acupuncturists use traditional Chinese medicine techniques, including acupuncture, dry needling, and electroacupuncture, to promote balance and harmony in the body.

In addition to our massage and acupuncture services, we also offer Chinese herbal medicine, cupping therapy, gua sha, and counseling from a licensed clinical social worker. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive approach to health and wellness that addresses the whole person, not just a specific symptom or condition.

Our Practitioners

Our team of practitioners is dedicated to providing exceptional care and service to our clients. Logan Novgrod, LMBT #2262, is a licensed massage therapist with over 23 years of experience, specializing in prenatal massage and massage for all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. Nate Novgrod, L.Ac. #550, is a licensed acupuncturist who focuses on providing individualized, evidence-based treatments to improve the quality of his patients' lives. Noah Gallinger, LMBT #203330, LAc #2165, is a licensed massage therapist and acupuncturist who is native to Western North Carolina and has a background in radiography.
