Patient Experiences
The reviews for Dr. Iuvone's dental office are mixed. One patient, RyPesh, had a negative experience with the office's assistants, who displayed attitude and back talk during their appointment. RyPesh felt disrespected and frustrated with the lengthy wait time to get an appointment, and ultimately decided not to return to the office.
On the other hand, several patients had very positive experiences with Dr. Iuvone and his staff. Dennis Frischmann, Craig Stivale, Civictech, Cathy B., and J. C. all praised the office's friendly staff, comfortable environment, and excellent service. They appreciated Dr. Iuvone's attention to detail, timely appointments, and ability to make them feel at ease during their visits.
Will W., however, had a disastrous experience with the office. They were unaware that the office would be closed on the day of their appointment, and were frustrated with the lack of communication. Additionally, they found Dr. Iuvone's breath to be unpleasant.
Analysis
