Communication Issues
The reviews highlight significant communication issues with Royalty Home Care. Two out of three reviewers experienced problems with miscommunication or lack of communication. Christian Davies was not informed that the nurse they sent to his elderly patient was positive for COVID-19, and Beverly Kuchar was not informed about the insurance limitations that prevented the company from accepting her as a client. Beverly spent significant time trying to resolve the issue and was left feeling frustrated and upset.
Inadequate Service
Beverly Kuchar's review suggests that Royalty Home Care failed to provide adequate service, despite being accepted as a client. They did not send a nurse to help her as promised, and it took several calls to resolve the issue. Beverly had to wait until November 19th to hear from another company, which may not have been found by Royalty. The insurance approval process was also unclear.
