Problems and Concerns
Many residents have expressed frustration with the community, citing issues with garbage disposal and maintenance. Barbara Cacho, a 1-star reviewer, complained that residents allow garbage to pile up outside the compactor, creating a disgusting and unsanitary environment. Lois Calabro, another 1-star reviewer, mentioned that the community has had five leaks in two years, making it difficult to use the tennis courts. In addition, Calabro mentioned that the courts are often locked.
Positive Experience
However, not all residents have negative experiences. Lynne Miranda, a 5-star reviewer, loves living in the community. She praised the office staff for being attentive to residents' needs and the maintenance team for keeping the property well-maintained. Miranda also commended the community's quiet atmosphere and pet-friendliness, citing the abundance of trash cans and doggy bags. She also appreciated the large units and great layout, including storage included in the balconies.
