Robert is knowledgeable in all aspects of design, including horizontal and vertical alignment, sanitary sewer collection systems, storm sewer collection and treatment facilities, water distribution systems, traffic management and control, landscaping, and erosion control.

*Troy Luettel, Senior Engineering Technician*

Troy Luettel has been with Willadsen Lund Engineering for nearly 14 years and is responsible for managing the company's computer-aided drafting systems, printing technology, and IT operations. With over 15 years of experience in the civil engineering field, Troy specializes in customer relations, commercial site plan development, and residential subdivision planning and design. He has been the lead designer and drafting technician on multiple street projects and site layouts for various developments. Troy ensures that the company's systems are up-to-date with the latest technological advancements, providing clients with quality, accurate designs.
