Our Story

PSG was founded in September 2009 by Peter Scherrer and Leslie Scherrer Pella, a father-daughter team with extensive backgrounds in the construction and real estate industries. We leverage our core skills, business acumen, and industry expertise to provide a breadth of services in various capacities. Our goal is to be highly adaptable to the needs of our clients and projects, often expanding beyond the role of service provider to become a trusted business partner, providing and implementing solutions to their real estate and construction needs.

Our Team

Peter Scherrer and Leslie Scherrer Pella are the founding members of PSG. Peter has served as President and Board Member of AGC Wisconsin, while Leslie has served as President, Board Member, Treasurer, and Programs Committee Co-Chair of NAIOP Wisconsin.
