Policies

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel an appointment. Our policy requires a deposit for all appointments, which will be deducted from your total at checkout. If you need to cancel your appointment with less than two days' notice or fail to show up, a fee of 100% of your service will be applied to your card on file. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies.
