Pacific Plumbing & Underground Construction is a General Engineering (A) and Plumbing Company (C-36) founded in 1997 by Joseph Bechwati, following in the footsteps of 2 generations. Our mission is to provide outstanding services that clients can rely on, expanding the company to become the contractor of choice for plumbing and underground construction needs, both commercial and residential. We pride ourselves on personal attention, workmanship, and schedule completion for each client, with a focus on their needs.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including plumbing for Apartment Complex Maintenance, Residential Service calls, Tenant Improvement, and more, available 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our experienced team completes over 100 public and private jobs annually. Additionally, we handle underground construction projects, from Wet Utilities to Joint Trench, and municipal works, including Public Works jobs.

Engineering and Construction

Our Underground Construction division handles complex projects, working closely with everyone involved. Each project is managed by a dedicated team of technicians, foremen, engineers, and administrative staff to ensure timely completion within budget and with the highest safety standards. We continuously stay ahead of the latest technology in the underground construction and plumbing industry.

Municipal Services

We have completed over 100 Public Works jobs annually, providing expert plumbing and construction solutions both underground and above ground. Our response time is guaranteed within 2 hours, and we offer free quotes for all projects.
