Catoctin Custom Builders is a Maryland-licensed Home Builder and Home Improvement Contractor that has been offering a full-range of home renovation services since 2016. Our team has over 30 years of construction experience and specialized skills in elaborate stick-built framing and custom carpentry. As childhood friends, our founders, Brandon Green and Dylan Daugherity, always knew they would one day partner up to build Maryland's most beautiful custom homes. Now, as a full-service, licensed contractor (MHIC# 96823), we are fully equipped to handle any new home, renovation, or addition project, and we stand behind our work with a quality guarantee.

From the initial home site visit and clearing the lot, to consultation with an architect and final site walk through, we ensure that the design, prep work, and building process meets all of our clients' wants, needs, and expectations. We offer a full turn-key operation, taking care of everything from start to finish, including the initial home site visit, having the lot surveyed, clearing the lot, consultation with an architect, and handling the entire permitting process.

At Catoctin Custom Builders, we specialize in building the home of your dreams. As a full-service home builder, we can design and build a custom home from start to finish right down to clearing the lot. Our team will work with you through every stage of the process, from beginning to end, to ensure that the final product is exactly what you envisioned. We explain the home design process, discuss and layout any prep work to be done, explain the home building process, and handle all of the punch list items prior to the move in date. We don't like to rush the building process, but we guarantee the delivery of your new home in a 7 to 9 month time span from the time the foundation is complete, ensuring that the house has plenty of time to settle before the homeowners move in.

Home Renovation

At Catoctin Custom Builders, no home improvement project is too big. We handle any type of home remodeling - from full kitchen and bathroom renovations to an addition attached to the existing home structure. We also offer the construction of a standalone garage if more space is needed. Our team is experienced and fully committed, with decades of experience in the construction and home improvement industry. Our goal is to improve your home with quality design and craftsmanship, and work with you every step of the way from start to finish.

Custom Cabinetry

At Catoctin Custom Builders, we design and build everything in our own shop. All cabinets, built-ins, desks, bars, and more are constructed out of rough-cut lumber directly from the mill. Clients are given the opportunity to select the type of wood and whether or not they want the cabinets to show off the natural beauty of the wood or have them painted. Our custom cabinetry is built to last, with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
