Our staff is comprised of experienced dermatologists, including Dr. Frances Segal, a Board-Certified Dermatologist with over 30 years of practice in Mission Viejo. Dr. Segal is trained in both internal medicine and dermatology. Dr. Frank Zhan, a Board-Certified Dermatologist, has been practicing in California since 2009.
