Meet Attorney Lake

Ted Lake, the founder of The Lake Law Firm, was born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and raised in the gritty blue-collar city of Pittsburgh during the 70s. He later moved to Atlanta with his family and has since grown to love the city, believing it to be the greatest in the world. Ted's passion for politics and law was ignited during an internship with New York Senator Alfonse D'Amato while he was attending Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina. After graduating, Ted worked on Capitol Hill with House of Representatives Congressman Richard Lehman of California before pursuing his law degree at the University of Georgia.

Upon completing his law degree, Ted immediately began trying cases in all spectrums, including divorce, criminal, probate, and real estate. After two and a half years, he moved to Buckhead and joined a small law firm where he continued to build his clientele and focus on personal injury and workers' compensation cases. In 1998, Ted started his own practice and met his wife Kim, who hails from Hampton, Virginia. Kim became a partner in his professional and personal life, and together they have built a reputable law firm dedicated to helping those who have been injured.
