Donal's journey with Pilates began with a personal desire to achieve a strong, flexible, and balanced body. Driven by this pursuit, he underwent rigorous training under renowned Pilates authority Rael Isacowitz. Donal's deep understanding of human anatomy, injury rehabilitation, and diverse client needs empowers him to tailor sessions to each individual's unique needs.

Sara Davenport, Certified Instructor

Driven by a desire to help others discover the transformative power of Pilates, Sara became certified as a Pilates instructor. Her corporate background motivates her to create a supportive and encouraging environment where clients can shed physical and emotional limitations.
