Communication Issues
Dr. Fraker and his hygienist are described as nice and thorough, but the office staff responsible for billing are not. The bill included items that the insurance had already paid in full and late fees. When the author tried to call to inquire about these issues, they reached an answering machine and left a message with their questions.
