One customer, Shonnah Maxie, had a less satisfactory experience. She ordered a sign with labels from LPC, but was disappointed with the final product. The sign was wrinkled, and the letters were not dark enough. Additionally, the word "Also" was misspelled as "ASLO". Although LPC offered to fix the issue, Maxie was pressed for time and accepted the sign for free.
