Founded in 1968 by Ted Mayer, Sr. and his wife Mary, the company has grown into one of Northern California's leading waterproofing and restoration contracting firms. Over the years, our approach has remained consistent - personally supervising each project to ensure that quality and service meet or exceed client expectations.

Today, the company is run by Roy Mayer, who has over 40 years of experience in the industry. Roy is dedicated to providing clients with the highest level of service, including personal attention and availability to solve any issues that may arise. Along with his wife Sharon and their family, Roy is committed to maintaining the company's reputation for quality and craftsmanship.

Our Team

At CAWC, we believe that our team is our greatest asset. Each member of our team is a highly skilled professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. Our team includes:

• Roy Mayer: Owner/Operator with over 40 years of experience in the waterproofing and restoration industry. Roy oversees daily operations and ensures that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and service.
• Sharon Mayer: Co-Owner and Office Manager. Sharon handles all administrative tasks and ensures that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Foremen and Supervisors: Our foremen and supervisors have been with us for an average of 15 years and have completed 4 years of training through Local Union 220 (State-certified Roofers and Waterproofers Apprenticeship Program). They are skilled in all aspects of waterproofing and restoration and are dedicated to ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards.
