Our Services

We offer a range of services including individual counseling, relationship counseling, and online counseling. Our individual therapy sessions focus on issues such as trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more. We also specialize in multicultural counseling and Christian counseling. Our couples therapy aims to strengthen relationships by addressing underlying themes and improving communication.

Fees and Insurance

We understand that seeking professional help can be costly. That's why we offer competitive fees for our services. We accept most major insurances, including Aetna, Anthem, Beacon Health Options, BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna, Humana, Magellan, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare. If you're uninsured, we offer self-pay options as well.

Emilio Jimenez has over 14 years of clinical experience in various settings. He has worked in several agencies in the Houston area and has his own private practice. His specialization in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationships, multicultural counseling, and Christian counseling makes him an ideal counselor for individuals facing these challenges.
