Our lead attorney, Michael L. Crowley, is a seasoned legal professional with more than 30 years of experience in practicing criminal law. He is a certified Criminal Law Specialist by the State Bar of California's Board of Legal Specialization for over 20 years. Mr. Crowley has been recognized as the Criminal Defense Lawyer of the Year for 2005 by the Criminal Defense Bar Association of San Diego. His expertise and dedication have earned him the highest AV rating for 25 years by Martindale Hubbell, and he has been named a Superlawyer from 2008 to 2022 by Thomson Reuters. Additionally, he has a superb AVVO rating.

Mr. Crowley is not only an accomplished attorney but also an educator. He has served as an adjunct law professor at California Western, Thomas Jefferson, SDSU, and USD Schools of Law. Furthermore, he has been a lecturer in Business Ethics at San Diego State University. His involvement in the legal community extends to his past presidency of the Criminal Defense Lawyers Club and Criminal Defense Bar Association, as well as his membership in the San Diego County Bar's Ethics Committee.
