Our mission is to provide quality salon services while supporting InsideOut Cares, a non-profit organization that focuses on juvenile education and mentoring adult women as a means to provide support to victims of human trafficking.

Dawn
As our founder and Director, Dawn is dedicated to making a difference in the world through her work. With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, she excels in haircutting and has a thorough knowledge of color. Her favorite service to provide is haircutting, as she loves the immediate gratification of making her clients look and feel good.
Kollette
With over 20 years of experience, Kollette is a master of custom hair cutting and accenting cuts with great color. She delights in helping to build her clients' confidence by enhancing their best features and working together to choose a complementary style and color.
Tarah
Tarah loves the creativity required in doing hair and enjoys the challenge of creating a unique look for each client. Her strength lies in providing a thorough consultation and explaining the process to her clients.
Steph
As a seasoned stylist, Steph has been in the industry for six and a half years. She takes the time to get to know her clients and focus on making them feel beautiful from the inside out. Her strengths lie in color and cuts, as well as waxing.
Grace
With 24 years of experience in the beauty industry, Grace is a certified cosmetologist, esthetician, and semi-permanent makeup artist. She specializes in skin care, waxing, airbrush tanning, and permanent makeup.
