Our Founder: Dee Lincoln, the Queen of Steaks

Dee Lincoln, the founder of Dee Lincoln Prime, is a woman of many talents and achievements. With a career spanning over two decades, she has been recognized as a female powerhouse in the culinary industry. Dee's journey began in New Orleans, where she started her career in the restaurant industry. She then moved to Dallas, where she co-founded Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse, which eventually led to her becoming the Vice President of Operations. In 2009, Dee decided to end her journey with Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse and embarked on a new venture - Dee Lincoln Prime.

Our menu showcases a wide range of dishes, from prime steaks and fresh seafood to delectable sushi and hand-crafted spirits. We also boast an impressive wine library with over 800 selections, offering wines by the glass from our preservation systems. One of the standout features of Dee Lincoln Prime is Havana Dee's Lounge, a hidden gem accessible through a private entrance within our restaurant. Here, guests can enjoy live music nightly, along with world-class spirits and an innovative tableside Gueridon service. Our lounge is open Monday through Thursday from 4 pm, with live music starting at 7 pm and continuing until 10 pm. On Fridays and Saturdays, the lounge is open from 6 pm, with live music starting at 8 pm and continuing until 11 pm. We offer a tapas menu on these days, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some great music and company.

Dress Code and Business Hours

At Dee Lincoln Prime, we strive to maintain a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere. Therefore, we have a dress code policy in place. We kindly request that our guests dress appropriately for the occasion, avoiding athletic or gym wear, tank tops, graffiti t-shirts, frayed shorts or jeans, flip flops, casual shorts or beach wear, and overly exposed fashion wear. Baseball caps are only permitted in the main bar and must be worn forward-facing.

Our business hours are as follows: Monday through Thursday from 4 pm to 10 pm, Friday and Saturday from 4 pm to 11 pm, and we are closed on Sundays. We also observe special holiday dates throughout the year, including Easter Brunch and Dinner, Cinco De Mayo Tequila Dinner, Mother's Day Brunch and Dinner, Father's Day Dinner, Thanksgiving Dinner, Christmas Eve Dinner, and New Year's Eve Dinner.
