Our founder, Stephen Matthew Schultz, has over 18 years of experience in dealing with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and helping clients navigate their tax and bankruptcy issues. With a Master of Laws in Chinese tax, trade, and investment laws from the University of Hong Kong Faculty of Law, a Master of Laws in United States Taxation from the University of Southern Methodist University School of Law, a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Philosophy from Texas Christian University, Stephen is well-equipped to handle a wide range of tax and bankruptcy cases.
Stephen is licensed to practice in the Supreme Court of Texas, the United States Tax Court, the Western District of Texas, and the State of Arkansas.
