Welcome! We're Erik & Marissa, husband and wife photographers based in Seattle. We love what we do because we get to meet all sorts of people and tell their story. Everyone has a story to tell, let us help tell yours.

Our Story

Our story began in high school. I noticed Erik in the gym while he was bench pressing. He asked me to prom with a message written with cups in a fence and we've been in love ever since. Seven years later, I set out rose petals and candles in our Chicago apartment to ask Marissa to marry me. She said, "are you serious?" We married on the beach at sunset and danced the night away. It was perfect.

After getting hitched we moved from Chicago to California and then to Seattle to start our family. Our kids are our latest, hardest, and most rewarding adventure yet!

Fun Facts

Marissa: Quality time is my love language so I like to plan adventures big and small. I have a huge sweet tooth for anything chocolate. I love to dance. I must visit the ocean every once in awhile. The best things I ever did was marry my best friend and become a mama.

Erik: My wife created my sweet tooth. Halloween is the best holiday. I'm from Ohio so I have to mention my favorite athlete is Lebron James. I believe weekends should be 3 days. I've played soccer all my life.
