We offer a twelve-month lease, and rental assistance may be available for those who qualify, based on 30% of their income. Our property has income guidelines in accordance with local area median income levels, to ensure that our community remains affordable and accessible to all.

Pet Policy

Geneva Shores Apartments is a pet-friendly community, and we welcome both dogs and cats, with one pet per apartment home. We require a $300 deposit for all pets, and residents must sign a pet policy. We also welcome service and companion animals with proper documentation.

Floorplans

We offer a range of floorplans to suit every lifestyle. Our one-bedroom apartment features 650 square feet of living space, while our two-bedroom options include both a one-story and a townhouse layout, with 813 and 802 square feet respectively. Our three-bedroom townhouse offers a spacious 1,141 square feet of living space.

Our apartment homes come with a range of unit amenities, including air conditioning, bathroom grab bars in select units, cable and internet ready connections, emergency pull cords in select units, garbage disposals, spacious closets, and walk-in closets. Our property also features a range of property amenities, including beautiful landscaping, a community laundry room, lawn care, near to shopping, a peaceful community, a picnic area, a playground, and snow removal.
