Lakeview Design & Construction, a company founded on a passion for remodeling, has been serving the community since 1985. Our founders, Bob Dorres and Rollin Francisco, established the business with a strong foundation in energy conservation, which eventually evolved into a genuine passion for the entire remodeling process, from design to completion.

Our Founders and Team

Bob Dorres, one of the founding members, has a degree in architecture from the University of Washington and extensive background in energy conservation, solar greenhouses, and specialty glazing. His son, Daniel, who has been part of the company since high school, is now a project manager and continues the family legacy in the industry. In 2005, Rollin Francisco left the company to pursue other interests, leaving Bob and Daniel to carry on the tradition of excellence in remodeling.
