Construction Observation

As part of Engineering Proposals, ECAD Engineering provides trained personnel to perform on-site observation to document contractor activities on client sites. Our personnel are trained in engineering methods and procedures, health & safety according to 40-hour HAZWOPER, and contractor observation and documentation.
