Disappointing Experience

The first review is from B. L., who gave the office a 1-star rating. The review is a detailed account of a negative experience, starting with a routine dental cleaning and evaluation. However, things took a turn for the worse when the doctor informed B. L. that a previous filling needed a crown, which was not what they had planned. The doctor also accidentally touched B. L.'s tooth while doing the fillings, which resulted in a large portion of the tooth being chipped. The staff treated B. L. poorly, with the doctor and dental hygienist not introducing themselves before telling B. L. that there was nothing wrong with the tooth. B. L. felt gaslighted and had to pay an additional $125 for the mistakes made by the office.
