Our History and Experience

Our founders, Cathleen Bradshaw and Catherine Saylor, have combined over 20 years of experience in the janitorial industry. Cathleen previously worked at Bonus Building Care, a corporate-owned commercial cleaning company in Memphis, TN, where she gained valuable knowledge and skills in providing quality services to clients. Catherine, a former United States Marine, has a background in accounting and land development, bringing financial acumen and organizational skills to our team.

Services We Offer

We offer a wide range of services designed to fit your unique cleaning needs. Our janitorial services can be customized to be daily, weekly, or monthly, ensuring your workspace stays clean and organized. For deeper cleaning, we provide carpet cleaning and hard surface floor maintenance, including machine scrubs, strip and finish, and high gloss buffing. Additionally, we offer spring cleaning services, which can be scheduled anytime throughout the year.

Our Team

Our team is led by Cathleen Bradshaw, Partner, who graduated Cum Laude with a BBS in Human Resources Management from East Tennessee State University. Catherine Saylor, Partner, is a former United States Marine and has a BBS in Accounting from East Tennessee State University. She brings extensive experience in finance and management to our operations. Christopher Jones, Operations Manager, is OSHA 10 certified and has over a decade of management experience in the culinary arts. His attention to detail and team building skills make him an invaluable asset to our team.
