Creative Windows Shutters & Blinds is a small, locally owned family business. Our owner, Al Chenault, has been in the industry since 1967, working for two of the largest window treatment companies in Richmond before starting his own business in 1984. Al has built a reputation for being honest, dependable, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. In 2015, his wife joined him as his assistant, working in all facets of the business.
