Service Issues
The reviewer, M. Tw, shared a poor experience with the staff at Dr. Delius' office. They initially discussed a procedure and its cost, but when the reviewer returned for the surgery, the procedure and cost had changed without their consent. The staff became defensive and rude when the reviewer asked for details and a printed copy of the paperwork. The reviewer felt threatened and eventually recorded the transaction, planning to take legal action.

Staff Behavior

Even though the caregiver was on the phone, everyone in the office could hear the conversation, and the reviewer found it disturbing.
