We guarantee our trees for the first year against tree related issues, our competitors do not. Our guarantee includes the first 6 months at 100% cost and the second 6 months at 50% cost, up to 20% of the total trees installed. We guarantee the trees assuming proper customer care, including following watering instructions and adapting to changing conditions. We are not responsible for random acts of God, animal damage, criminal actions, trees planted in an incorrect location, or mechanical damage. Improper tree care will void the warranty.

Our Guarantee

Our Guarantee Cascade Guarantee: Unlike most of our competitors, we guarantee our trees for 1 year from the date of installation. First 6 months at 100% cost and the second 6 months at 50% cost. (Up to 20% of total trees Installed) We guarantee the trees in the capacity described above, assuming proper customer care. Proper care by the customer includes following all watering instructions provided at the time of sale, and adapting to changing conditions throughout the season. We are not responsible for random acts of God (ie: storm damage, flooding, disease and other random happenings), animal damage, criminal actions, trees planted in an incorrect location (which will be broached at time of estimate or installation), or mechanical damage. Trees displaying these symptoms will be void of warranty. Improper tree care by the customer will void the warranty (specific instructions may be prescribed at time of installation due to soil type and conditions). Guarantee only covers 1 replacement per tree. Replacement trees will not be guaranteed. Trees will not be replaced within the first 3 months after planting because, trees will encounter a period of "shock" for the first couple months after being planted due to their roots being cut, transportation, and being relocated to new soil and sun conditions. Each tree will encounter some browning in leaves or small branches that may have been cracked or damaged during transport. These can simply be trimmed off, and the tree will be fine.

Tree Care

On a basic level, trees need 3 things to survive: water, sunlight, and soil. Watering the trees is very important. How they receive their water is also important. We suggest that you water your trees twice a week, with a full stream hose, for roughly 1 minute per tree from (roughly) April-October for the first year the tree is in the ground. The success, speed of growth, and happiness of your trees will be largely dependent on the amount of sunlight, quality of soil, and consistent watering that they receive. If trees appear to have been watered improperly, and caused multiple trees to perish, this may void the warranty. We do not suggest fertilizing the trees for the first year they are in the ground. The time to fertilize evergreen trees is in the spring. Evergreen trees only "grow" during the spring months, which is when they push out their new growth and needles which will be soft and lite green. Over the summer months and fall, the new growth will "harden" and begin to take their permanent form. Fertilizing at the wrong times can cause the tree to grow at the wrong time of year, and have a negative impact on the trees health. We suggest fertilizing with an acidic fertilizer once a month, in April, May, and June.
