Unprofessional Business Practices and Miscommunication
Several reviewers have expressed disappointment and frustration with this business due to unprofessional behavior and miscommunication. Engjell Berisha, who gave a 1-star review, had a 15-minute consultation with a nurse, but was billed for 45 minutes, resulting in an astronomical hourly rate. Berisha was unable to speak with the billing manager and ultimately felt that the business was unjust. Pia Rc, another 1-star reviewer, had a similar experience, where the doctor brought her child to the appointment and interrupted the consultation, making the doctor rush through the visit. Rc also had trouble getting a bill sent to her and was not comfortable providing payment information over the phone.
Unsatisfactory Customer Service
Additionally, several reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with the customer service at this business. Samantha Elliott, who gave a 1-star review, waited over 30 minutes to be seen and was told that she couldn't be seen. Molly Swentek, who gave a 5-star review, praised the customer service, but her glowing review was the exception rather than the rule.
Variability in Treatment
It also appears that the quality of treatment varies significantly at this business. Engjell Berisha felt that the doctor did not provide adequate care or recommend effective treatments, while Pia Rc was left feeling rushed and unsatisfied with the consultation.
Only a few redeeming qualities
One reviewer, Gregory Mengershausen, gave a 5-star review and praised Dr. Brown's knowledge and communication style. Another reviewer, Molly Swentek, also praised Dr. Brown and her staff, citing excellent customer service and quality care.
