We have a diverse team of accounting professionals with experience in a variety of industries, from sole proprietors to large Fortune 100 companies.

Our founders, Michael B. Berger and Anthony J. Logozzo, have a combined experience of over 25 years in accounting and finance. Michael is a graduate of the Anisfield School of Business Ramapo College of NJ with a specialization in Accounting and Business Administration. He also earned an MBA from Rutgers Business School with a specialization in Supply Chain. Michael started his career with Federal Paperboard and worked his way up to become their corporate controller. After the sale of Federal Paper Board, Michael was hired by a medium-sized accounting firm, where he began working with smaller companies and realized the need for basic bookkeeping. This led him to partner with Anthony Logozzo to start their own firm, AMX Business and Bookkeeping.

Anthony is a Certified QuickBooks Advisor and has earned his bookkeeping certifications in advanced QuickBooks. He has extensive experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial management. Together, Michael and Anthony have created a team of highly trained professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional bookkeeping services to their clients.
