Company Philosophy
Over the last 15 years, our goal has been to shift the paradigm of a loosely-organized towing industry, which has traditionally supplied inefficient and inconsistent service and is poorly perceived by the public. We have worked tirelessly to understand the local marketplace, customers, municipal leaders, and law enforcement community, resulting in the consolidation of multiple smaller operations into a single entity with the ability to provide consistent and cost-effective service to the entire community in which we do business.

At MetroPro Road Services, we believe it is our civic responsibility to assist the communities in which we do business. We are financially supportive and personally active in many community events and organizations, including the Orange County Traffic Officer's Association and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD). Our principals, managers, and employees serve on various community boards, commissions, religious, and advisory groups, demonstrating our commitment to being an integral part of the fabric of our community.
Locations
We have multiple locations throughout Orange County, including Santa Ana, Anaheim, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, and Irvine. Each of our facilities provides inside and outside vehicle storage, and delivers customer support through on-site managers. Our centrally located headquarters features a fleet repair shop, dedicated employee facilities, and a 26,500 square foot inside-vehicle storage area for high-value and police evidentiary vehicles.
