L.A. Bistro

L.A. Bistro, located in the heart of downtown West Dearborn on Michigan Avenue, first opened its doors in 2001 and has since been family-owned and operated. Samir Johair and his three sons had a vision of bringing an authentic Italian dining experience to Dearborn, and with that, they introduced Halal meat to the bistro's menu, making it Dearborn's first Italian bistro to do so. In 2012, L.A. Bistro expanded into a new facility and has since been rated Dearborn's number one Italian restaurant.

L.A. Bistro opened its doors in 2001 and is family-owned and operated. Located on Michigan Avenue in downtown West Dearborn, Samir Johair and his three sons, opened Dearborn's first Italian bistro serving Halal meat. L.A. Bistro expanded into a new facility in 2012 and is rated Dearborn's #1 Italian restaurant. Our team is led by Head Chef Ahmed Johair, who brings his culinary expertise and passion for food to the table, creating dishes that are both visually stunning and packed with flavor.

Our Executive Team

Led by Principal Owner Samir Johair, the team consists of two Executive Chefs, Ahmed Johair and Sami Johair.
