Park Place Properties was founded by John Christopher "Chris" Spence, who has over 40 years of experience in the construction and rental real estate industry. The company has a long history of providing housing for medical students, interns, and residents at Marshall University's School of Medicine, Forensic Science, and Pharmacy.
