Disappointing Experience with Photographer
Unprofessional Behavior
The reviewer, Rebekah N., had a terrible experience with a photographer named Brittany. Despite signing a contract and receiving full payment, Brittany canceled her wedding photography services to prioritize another client that would bring her more exposure.
Broken Promises
Brittany initially offered to make it up to Rebekah by providing free engagement photos, wedding formals, and a mentoring session. However, she later canceled these sessions via text message and took to social media to rant about Rebekah supposedly not respecting her. No explanation was provided, only threats.
