Negative Experiences
Both reviewers had extremely negative experiences with the dentist's office. The first reviewer, Alemayehu Alemayehu Kassa Kassa, gave the office 1 star and mentioned that the staff did not serve him in a timely fashion, even though he arrived on time. He waited for over an hour and a half before leaving the office without receiving service. He felt that the office was unprofessional and stated that he would not take his kids there again.
The second reviewer, Beverly Franklin, also gave the office 1 star and shared a multitude of negative experiences. She found the front desk staff to be rude and unprofessional, and stated that the two dentists, Dr. Kris and another unnamed dentist, did not know what they were doing. She mentioned that Dr. Kris left tools in her mouth for hours and did not properly numb her, causing her pain. She also accused the office of malpractice and stated that the office should be shut down.
Positive Experience
Only one reviewer, Louise Carrillo, had a positive experience. She gave the office 5 stars and praised the staff, including Stacy and Oly, for being professional and excellent in their service. She specifically mentioned that one of the young ladies attending to her son, Angel, was also awesome.
